Rehabilitation and Betterment Plan
The Solano Project Rehabilitation and Betterment Plan (Plan) is a comprehensive planning tool for the enhancement of the Solano Project as it relates to Solano County Water Agency’s 2016-2025 Strategic Plan. The projects outlined in this Plan are vital for extending the lifespan of the Solano Project’s aging infrastructure and enhancing water supply reliability in Solano County. This Plan is designed to guide investment and enhancement of the Solano Project over the next ten (10) fiscal years (FY) from FY2025 to FY2034. This Plan has identified 60 projects that include new build, rehabilitation, and studies that address critical needs to sustain the integrity of the Solano Project.
